Location was perfect we were nervous because the hotel does not take bookings for the secure on site parking and were told if it was unavailable we'd have to park at the station which would not have been good (we were relocating from the UK and had a lot of personal belongings in our car). Thankfully there was one space left in the car park which we took and all was well but not knowing until we got there whether we'd have parking was a worry. The sauna and hammam were lovely. However there was some confusion with getting our robes and towels sorted - as they told us about the hammam at check in - it would have been useful to have known that we were to request robes when we wanted to use the hammam so when we turned up we were sent back to our rooms to await robes and towels! The restaurant was superb! We arrived late (around 9pm) but the restaurant squeezed us in and we had a really lovely meal. The food was excellent and the service really good - highly recommend! We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Very good location: 5 minutes walk from the railway station, in a good neighborhood, not far from the city centre. Quiet - and I am ultra sensitive about this! Cozy bar - with the best cappuccino of our trip! Abundant breakfast. Sanitizer next to the elevator. Great shower, and it is not slippery. Lots of room to pack in the bathroom. Tea making facility in the room. You can choose from 2 pillows (however imho both are too low, but naturally it is a matter of taste). On reception they print recommended restaurant list. Ridiculously large-size wc :D - but then why is there no tap in it?

We have stayed at Radisson blu six times now and will stay again. From the start the welcome at reception is brilliant ,staff are so professional and welcoming.Hotel rooms are superb ,bed is comfortable and facilities are great . Great location just a few minutes walk into the town. Also a great location for us as we stop here after travelling from Perpignan as a stop over on our journey out and on return. Great parking too. Although we didnt have breakfast this time as we had an early shuttle we have before and its exceptional as is the bar in the evening.

We were greeted by a lovely friendly member of staff, who spoke excellent English which lead to smooth and speedy check in. Our very well appointed room had a balcony with outstanding views of Rouen and immediately adjacent to the Jean d’arc tower. Such history and so close. Walking into town to a fab restaurant found in the Michelin guide was an easy walk and we are in our senior years.

Room large and comfortable, excellent shower. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Well located - a short walk to the railway station, museums and the old city. On site parking available (but limited number of spaces) for an additional cost. Plenty of restaurant, bar and cafe choices close by but you could also eat in the on-site restaurant or have a drink at the bar.
